How many LMNT should I drink each day?Updated a year ago

Deciding how much LMNT to consume per day is pretty individual. 

Although everyone is different, clinical data suggests aiming for 4-6g of sodium, 1-3g of potassium, and 250-500mg of magnesium throughout the day from various sources, preferably from whole foods. 

Some people love 1-2 packets daily, while others may need more depending on their activity level.

And remember, LMNT is meant to supplement your electrolyte intake, not replace it entirely.
