Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we offer free metro shipping for all orders over $245. Other areas receive a $10 reduction on the standard rate.
How much is shipping?
The tables below show our base rates for orders under $249, as well as the reduced rates that apply automatically for orders of $249 and over. Free metro shipping is simply the Standard metro rate dropping to $0 for carts over $249. Orders under $249
When will my order arrive?
We endeavour to ship all orders within 2 business days. We ship with Australia Post. Below are their estimated delivery times. 1 to 2 business days: NSW, ACT, VIC. 2 to 5 business days: South QLD. 3 to 5 business days: TAS. 4 to 7 business days: Nort
How do I track my order?
Once your order has been placed and processed, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details. This email will include a tracking number and a link to our tracking page. Click on the tracking number link or enter the tracking number in

Where can I buy your products in stores?
Currently, our products are only available online. However, we offer shipping Australia-wide with Australia Post. Visit our website to place an order and have it delivered directly to you. We also offer Express post if it's urgent.
What should I do if I haven't received my shipment but the tracking says it's delivered?
If your package has not arrived despite tracking information indicating delivery, please notify us immediately. We will initiate an enquiry with the postal service to gather more details and will update you as soon as new information is available. In
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to New Zealand, however LMNT products cannot be shipped internationally.
Do you offer express shipping?
Orders under $249. Orders $249 and over (after $10 discount). Optional signature on delivery +$3. Check Express coverage
Do you offer local pickup?
Yes, we offer pick up from our warehouse in Wollongong. It typically takes us around 1 hr to get your order ready. We're open 8:30 - 16:00 M-F but we do have Click & Collect lockers if you want to pick up outside those times.
Do you have retail store locations?
